01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DailyTally ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
02 Description of Service
DailyTally is a personal finance app for iOS and Android that lets you record, categorize, and review daily income, expenses, and notes. All data is stored locally on your device by default, with an optional encrypted backup to your own Google Drive. The App is free to use and is supported by banner advertising and basic usage analytics — see our Privacy Policy for details.
DailyTally does not connect to your bank accounts, move money, provide financial advice, or act as a financial institution. It is a personal record-keeping tool only.
03 Eligibility
DailyTally is not directed at children under the age of 13, and you must meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country to use the App. By using DailyTally, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
04 Your Account & Data
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the expense, income, and note entries you create.
- Keeping your device secure, since local data is protected only by your device's own security.
- Safeguarding your Google account credentials if you choose to enable Drive backup.
- Any consequences of clearing local data or deleting a Drive backup — these actions cannot be undone by us, since we hold no copy of your data.

05 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App, including tampering with, blocking, or fraudulently interacting with advertisements served within it.
- Misrepresent your identity when contacting support.
06 Google Drive Backup
The optional backup feature uses the Google Drive API and requires you to sign in with your own Google account. Your use of Google Sign-In and Google Drive is also governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of Google's services.
07 Advertising & Analytics
DailyTally displays banner ads through Google AdMob and uses Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate app usage. Ads are provided by Google and its network of advertising partners; we do not create, select, or endorse the content of any specific ad, and we are not responsible for the products, services, or claims made in third-party advertisements.
By using the App, you acknowledge that these Google services may collect certain technical data (such as an advertising identifier and device information) as described in our Privacy Policy. You can adjust ad personalization and related settings at the device level at any time.
08 Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, logo, icons, and underlying code, is the property of INDIGRAM TECHSERV and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written permission.
09 No Warranty
DailyTally is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any data loss will not occur.
Since your data is stored locally by default, we strongly recommend using the optional Drive backup feature regularly. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device damage, loss, factory resets, or app uninstallation.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INDIGRAM TECHSERV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any interaction with third-party advertisements — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11 Third-Party Services
The App interacts with the following third-party services: Google Sign-In and Google Drive (optional backup), Google AdMob (advertising), and Google Firebase Analytics (usage analytics). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services.
12 Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
13 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
